Summary: You can delete your account instantly from within the app (Profile → Delete account) or request it by email. Email requests are processed within 7 business days at most.
Option 1: from the app (instant)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your profile, progress and associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Option 2: by email
- Send an email to hello@krethzgames.com from the email linked to your Google or Apple account.
- Subject: Delete account - Draxos
- We will confirm your identity and process deletion within a maximum of 7 business days.
Data that is deleted
- Profile (display name, email, avatar, frames)
- Achievement history and progress
- In-app purchases recorded in the app (except anonymous invoice retention required by law)
Data that is retained
- Economic transaction records: minimum 4–6 years (tax/accounting obligation)
- Anonymous security logs (Firebase/Google): 30–90 days per provider policy
Guest users (no social account)
They have no persistent social profile. Room/game data is deleted automatically per the Privacy Policy retention periods. To remove local data (on-device purchases/credits): uninstall the app or clear the app's storage.
